This page is created to facilitate initiation of a Counterparty Due Diligence / Know Your Counterparty (“KYC”) requests for any entity with which Essar Energy Transition (“EET”) group companies conduct business. Completion of the KYC process is a mandatory compliance requirement, ensuring that the identity, ownership structure, and risk profile of all counterparties are properly assessed prior to entering into, or renewing, commercial relationships.
